NEED HELP?

We are here to help. If you, or someone you know, needs assistance, reach out to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. We all need help sometimes. The Society is here to help no matter a person’s religion, race, orientation, nationality, or ability. Our assistance may include providing such things as food, clothing, bus pass, laundry card, furniture, household goods, rent or deposit, utilities, medical expenses, or car repairs.

The first step is to call us at 715-398-4039 and leave us a message with your full name, a phone number where you can be reached, and your need. You can also email us at svdpsuperior@gmail.com. One of our members will call you back to listen and talk with you about your needs.

The next step is what we call a home visit. Two of our members will meet with you in-person at your home or another comfortable place. We come to the visit ready to listen without judgment. We talk with you about your immediate needs. We do not have forms to fill out. We meet with you, talk with you, and the two members who visit with you determine how the Society may help.

We sincerely want to be part of your journey to obtaining a safe and healthy place to live with the resources you need. We may talk with you about connecting with other resources that help with long-term support. We respect your privacy, honor your dignity, and keep what you share with us confidential. We do collaborate with other charities and agencies and only share your information with your explicit permission.

If you do not have a working phone, please submit your request for aid through the online application located on the "Contact Us For Aid" page.
